This is actually really sad. The poor girl didn’t do anything except have a good time at a Birthday party. The fact that people would actually send hate mail or blindly disrespect her is nauseating. We’re supposed to be supportive, not bullies.

Amen!  

All of the above. This is one of those times that I’m embarrassed for the fandom.

Like her or not, please have the courtesy to show some respect. 

This is terrible. As sad as it makes me, I don’t blame Darren, Chris, Mia or any of them for avoiding the public eye, pictures together, interviews together.

I am so saddened and grossed out. I am now going to tweet her some love.

I rarely address this sort of thing because I really prefer to give people with private relationships their privacy, but this is absolutely heartbreaking.

People are hating on and bashing this girl because her existence interferes with their fan girl fantasies! That’s so wrong on so many levels.

I think tweeting Mia some love today is a wonderful idea and will be doing so myself. No one deserves to be treated so cruelly. This is just sad and shameful.
